Depending on the capacity of your ASTs, CALL ECI TODAY to prepare an ODCP or SPCC to help bring your facility into compliance with applicable state and federal regs. Remember, if you have 1,320 gallons of aboveground capacity, you must do an SPCC (EPA). Keep in mind that your capacity includes any container from 55-gallon drums and up. Before you think this is crazy, just remember that this is a relaxation of the previous 5-gallon buckets and up requirement! An ODCP (DEQ) is required for over 25,000 gallons.
